KiraGen co-founder and CEO Aaron Edwards will present "Preventing Tumor Suppression: Multiplex Engineering for Durable CAR-T in GBM" on September 15 at the 11th CAR-TCR Summit in Boston.
The session will examine KiraGen's approach to building CAR-T cells with intrinsic resistance to multiple tumor-mediated suppressive pathways. Aaron will also join discussions on gene-editing strategy and the use of preclinical models to strengthen clinical and regulatory translation.
