KiraGen and Incite Labs are advancing a sponsored research collaboration to evaluate KiraGen's multiplex-engineered CAR-T approach in models of dedifferentiated liposarcoma.
The program extends KiraGen's suppression-resistance strategy into a distinct solid-tumor environment. It will test whether protecting CAR-T cells from several overlapping inhibitory signals can support activity beyond brain tumors.
The collaboration provides an externally supported path to generate disease-specific evidence while KiraGen continues to advance its lead GBM program. The work is at the preclinical research stage and has not yet produced clinical evidence.
