KiraGen Bio is conducting patient-derived tumoroid and orthotopic mouse studies to evaluate its multiplex-engineered CAR-T approach in glioblastoma.
The tumoroid studies assess CAR-T function in patient tumor samples that retain features of the surrounding tumor environment. The mouse studies evaluate tumor control and durability when patient-derived tumors are grown in the brain.
Together, the results will guide the next development decisions for KGEN-001.
